We offer the following rates for shipping:


CANADA:

• FREE shipping on all orders


USA:

• Flat rate of $5 per orders


(If you would like us to ship somewhere else other than Canada, please contact us to make arrangements)



Taxes

We charge 15% of the New Brunswick HST



Method(s) of payment

At the moment, we use paypal service to take orders. You can also shop on our Etsy store to have more options to pay with.



Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with original tags. We do not offer free shipping on returns. We will not provide any reimbursement for return shipping cost as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged while shipping the return, you must contact your postal service to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to the item when shipping the return.



Non-returnable items:

Cards that has been modified from it's original stat. This includes cards with personal written messages inside.




Step 1: Contact us via email at info@theacornstudio.com to find out if your item is eligible for a refund and/or an exchange.

Step 2: Mail us your refund/exchange and include a copy of the receipt.

Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you thatwe have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (depending of your method of payment company policies). If you have chosen an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 14 days (depending on availability).



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, double check your account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
